Primary Offerings

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy sessions are rooted in a trauma-informed, attachment-based, and relationally psychodynamic approach. Therapy is a collaborative process that deeply values the intelligence of the body, viewing it as a vital source of insight and healing. Each session is compassionate and personalized, integrating practical tools to meet the client's unique needs, supporting their growth, and empowering them to navigate life's challenges. When appropriate, tools drawn from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) are also incorporated to enhance emotional regulation, build coping skills, and reframe unhelpful thought patterns.

Individual Therapy with EDMR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that supports the brain’s natural healing process by helping individuals reprocess distressing experiences so they no longer feel stuck or overwhelmed by them. Within the context of ongoing weekly therapy, EMDR can be used to target the root causes of current symptoms— such as anxiety, depression, negative self-image, or relational struggles— by working through the unresolved past experiences that keep those symptoms in place.

This process allows for the release of emotional pain, the shifting of long-held negative beliefs, and the creation of new, more empowering perspectives. Clients often notice an increased sense of calm, self-trust, and emotional resilience as we work together to integrate their life experiences. EMDR can be especially effective for those who have experienced trauma, attachment wounds, or patterns that repeat despite efforts to change. In our work, we’ll move at your pace, building safety, insight, and coping tools as needed before beginning any reprocessing.

EDMR Intensives

EMDR Intensives are designed for individuals who want to make focused, accelerated progress in a shorter amount of time. Whether you're navigating a recent triggering event or working through longer-standing trauma, intensives allow you to dedicate uninterrupted time to healing in a deep and transformative way.

Rather than weekly 50-minute sessions, EMDR intensive therapy takes place in 3–4 hour blocks over one or multiple days. This condensed format enables us to “stack” multiple weeks of therapy into a short period, helping you experience meaningful relief and momentum more quickly. Intensives may be right for you if you’re experiencing flashbacks, intrusive thoughts, anxiety, phobias, low self-worth, or if you’re feeling stuck in traditional talk therapy, or want to experience EMDR adjunct to your work with another therapist.

Each intensive is tailored to your needs and includes a thorough intake process, preparation work (such as building coping skills and identifying goals), and post-intensive integration support. While EMDR Intensives can bring significant and lasting change, they’re not a guaranteed quick fix— while you are likely to feel much better after an intensive, depending on your history, more than one intensive may be recommended to address your needs fully.
