Meet Alissa Mazzenga

Alissa is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington. An Illinois native, she holds a Bachelors degree in Studio Art and worked professionally as visual artist before obtaining her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology.

Her strengths and passion lie in working with adults who are ready for transformative change, and is passionate about supporting clients in identifying the root of their issues to experience lasting relief and freedom. Utilizing a trauma informed approach, she supports her clients in finding healing from difficult experiences, develop healthier relationships, and build a more confident, fulfilling sense of self.

Alissa finds it to be truly a privilege to help others regain vitality and self-trust; this journey of healing is one of the most rewarding and powerful experiences she can imagine.
